RETURN POLICY - REFUND

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we encourage you to review our refunds and returns policy.

The following terms apply to all products you have purchased with us.

Interpretation and definitions

Interpretation

Words whose initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions have the same meaning whether they appear in the singular or the plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • The Company : (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Iscooter-France
  • The goods : refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders : means a request from you to purchase goods from us.
  • The Service : refers to the website.
  • The website : refers to Iscooter-france, accessible from https://www.iscooter-france.com/
  • You, The Buyer: means the person accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such person is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

 

Order Cancellation Rights (Withdrawal)

According to article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have the right to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days without giving a reason to do so.

The period for canceling an Order is fourteen ( 14 ) days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party designated by You, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product book.

After verification of the returned product, if the conditions stipulated in the following paragraph are met, we will reimburse You no later than fourteen ( 14 ) days from the day we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same payment method that You used for the order, and You will not incur any costs for such refund, except for return shipping.

 

Return conditions (Withdrawal)

For goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The goods were purchased within the last fourteen ( 14 ) days
  • Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing them to be remarketed in new condition)

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • Products manufactured to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • To products which, depending on their nature, are not suitable for return, deteriorate quickly or when the expiration date has passed.
  • To products which are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.
  • To products which are, after delivery, depending on their nature, inseparably mixed with other articles.
  • Damaged, soiled or incomplete Products will not be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for merchandise damaged or lost during return shipping. Therefore, we recommend an insured and traceable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of goods or proof of return delivery received.

 

Claims for non-receipt or lack of conformity

Any complaint of whatever nature relating to a Product must be presented to the company Iscooter-France using the site forms specially provided for this purpose. The complaint must be detailed and clearly indicate the reasons for the dissatisfaction. The Buyer who files a complaint may withdraw it at any time, any withdrawal being final.

The Buyer acts with all due diligence necessary for the proper resolution of the complaint. He must cooperate with Iscooter-France and provide it with the supporting documents necessary to process the complaint. He undertakes to respect the terms and conditions for processing complaints established below or communicated by Iscooter-France . In the event of non-compliance with these terms, the complaint will not be processed.

 

Amicable resolution of the complaint between Iscooter-France and the buyer

Following the filing of a complaint, the Buyer has a period not exceeding five (5) working days to resolve the dispute amicably. Iscooter-France may anticipate its processing of the complaint if an amicable resolution of the dispute seems impossible or inopportune. The complaint is considered resolved and it is no longer possible to resubmit a new one with Iscooter-France.

 

Non-receipt of order

The Buyer undertakes to wait a period of four (4) weeks after notification of a sale to file a complaint with Iscooter-France in the event of non-receipt, total or partial, of the Product ordered. Reimbursement may be subject to prior communication by the Buyer of a sworn declaration or any other element deemed relevant by the Company attesting to non-receipt of the Product.

A claim of total non-receipt of the Product ordered, judged to be justified by Iscooter-France , may result, barring fraud, in the reimbursement of the Buyer.

If, after two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the Product is returned to Iscooter-France and in the absence of a complaint for a period of three months after notification, the Buyer will then be reimbursed. The Product will then become the property of Iscooter-France which will be able to dispose of it freely.

 

Lack of conformity

A complaint alleging the lack of conformity of the Product entails the obligation for the Buyer to return the Product and to communicate to Iscooter-France photographs of the Product according to the terms indicated by Iscooter-France.

The return of a Product will only be accepted if it is the subject of a complaint and the Buyer follows the instructions issued by the Iscooter-France after-sales service.

The Buyer undertakes to protect and properly package the Product so as to guarantee its integrity during its delivery.

After establishing the non-conformity of the product ordered from Iscooter-France , the latter will proceed with an exchange with a Product of the same reference of identical or higher quality depending on its availability. In this case, the Buyer will retain the possibility of requesting reimbursement. In the event of unavailability of the Product, Iscooter-France will reimburse the Transaction Price, if it has been debited from the Buyer's account. Iscooter-France cannot refuse to change a returned Product due to its non-compliance with its offer or to reimburse the returned Product in the event of unavailability of an identical Product conforming to its offer.

Legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects - The provisions of this chapter are without prejudice to the provisions relating to the legal guarantee of conformity and hidden defects attached hereto.

 

Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and were then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
