Warranty/after-sales service

Your purchase includes a 24-month manufacturer's warranty against original defects in material and workmanship from the date you physically receive the scooter.

This covers the costs of labor and parts needed to keep your scooter in good working order during the 24 month warranty period.

Please retain your proof of purchase (Order Confirmation Email) for reference when making warranty claims and keep the shipping carton intact.

Consumable items are not included in your warranty.

Warranty period for wearing parts:

• Battery : Under normal conditions of use, the warranty will be valid for 6 months in the event of battery failure, charging failure, or low autonomy.

• Motor : 6-month warranty in the event of motor failure under normal conditions of use.

• Controller : 6 month warranty in case of controller failure under normal use conditions.

• Charger : Guarantee of 6 months .

• Tires : 3 months for cracks and deformation of hard (dimpled) tires under normal use conditions. Tube tires are not covered by warranty.

• Brakes / brake handles / brake cables : 3 months warranty under normal use.

• Accelerator : 3 month warranty under normal use.

• Buzzer : 6 month warranty under normal use.

• Electronic lock : 3 month warranty under normal use.

• Steering column : 3 month warranty under normal use.

• Lights (frontal, rear, braking) 3 month warranty in case of normal use.

Parts not listed above are not guaranteed.

The warranty does not work if:

• The work requested concerns the repair of consumable items that are not covered by warranty.

• The part subject to repair or maintenance shows signs of misuse or handling contrary to the instructions set forth in this manual, including, but not limited to, improper use or improper maintenance and storage, or signs of accident damage.

• The requested repair work is necessary due to the scooter's involvement in an accident or intentional damage.

• The work requested concerns the repair of normal wear, surface or cosmetic damage.

• You cannot use your warranty without original proof of purchase which validates the warranty period of the scooter: order number Iscooter-france.com

• Opening, disassembling or modifying the scooter with unauthorized or non-original parts, or without prior authorization, will invalidate the warranty.
